Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind on an order you have received, please email me at info@harbourcityfabrics.com. We will refund your purchase to your original payment method up to 30 days after your order. The product must be in new condition, smoke free, unwashed, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. Any and all returns between 31-45 days from the original purchase, will be issued a refund in the form of a gift card or store credit.

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed.
• All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
• We do not refund pre-cut fabrics bundles that have been opened.
• Any fabric that has been cut for your order will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Refund Policy (wrong items received)

Mistakes can happen and we want to make it right! If you have received the wrong item in error, please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the item to us with ease. You can reach us by email at info@harbourcityfabrics.com.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders where pricing is set incorrectly on our website. If a pricing error occurs, you will be contacted before proceeding. In the event of an overcharge, a refund of the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. In the event of an undercharge, an invoice will be sent to you via email. Once payment for the invoice has been cleared up, the order will be completed.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
